Why We Exist
SpeakUp was established in response to a growing disconnect between academic education and workplace expectations.
While education provides essential knowledge, many young people complete their studies without structured opportunities to develop the communication, professionalism and practical workplace behaviours that employers consistently value.
Our purpose is to help bridge that gap through structured, evidence-informed workplace readiness programmes that prepare young people for meaningful employment, entrepreneurship and lifelong contribution.

Across Africa, many young people complete their education with strong academic knowledge but limited preparation for the realities of professional life.
